Return and Exchange Policy

Damages, Defects, and Issues

  • The packaging is broken or the bottle is open.
  • You received the wrong item.

In these cases, we will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you within three business days (within the UK). Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following types of items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Exchanges

If a refund is necessary, it will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
